The name "Anteroom" means "waiting room." As a hotel, we not only address environmental challenges directly but also use our space as a medium to inspire awareness and curiosity among our guests.

I. Environmental Conservation
Surrounded by the beautiful seas of Okinawa, we are dedicated to protecting our natural surroundings through tangible practices.

Waste Reduction: We have replaced plastic amenities with eco-friendly alternatives. By eliminating plastic bottles from guest rooms and providing water stations, we reduce approximately 42,000 plastic bottles annually.

Biodiversity & Heritage: We strictly adhere to the Washington Convention and Cultural Properties Protection Law. We do not display or trade endangered species and actively host events to preserve Okinawa’s cultural heritage.

II. Climate Change Countermeasures
We implement proactive measures to reduce our carbon footprint.

Efficiency: Continuous optimization of equipment and staff awareness to minimize energy and water consumption.

Local Sourcing: Prioritizing local products to support the regional economy and reduce transportation-related CO2 emissions.

III. Community & Inclusion
Diversity: Fostering a respectful workplace that welcomes diverse backgrounds and strictly prohibits forced or child labor.

Social Support: Providing shelter for displaced persons and donating surplus food to local food banks.

Engagement: Participating in local cleanups and community events to support regional development.

IV. Public Relations & Engagement
Awareness: Communicating our environmental impact through visual aids and guest room signage.

Experience: Hosting interactive gallery exhibitions, such as trash art and driftwood workshops, to engage guests with social issues in a creative way.
