At HOTEL ANTEROOM NAHA, we have established the following regulations regarding photography within our facilities.
We ask for your cooperation in observing these regulations to ensure that all guests can enjoy a comfortable and safe stay.

Regarding Photography for Personal Use

In principle, prior application is not required for photography intended for personal use.
However, please observe the following rules. If these rules are not followed, we may ask you to stop taking photographs.
*Public spaces include: Restaurant, lounge, lobby, gallery, hallways, rooftop, and facility entrances.

Rules for Photography within the Facility

Photography while wearing swimwear is prohibited in the restaurant, bar, lobby, gallery, hallways, rooftop, and facility entrances.

Photography while wearing room wear (pajamas) or slippers is prohibited in public spaces.

Photography in wedding attire or involving costume changes is prohibited in public spaces.

Please refrain from taking photos that capture other guests, cause a nuisance, or are for public transmission (live streaming, etc.).

Please refrain from photographing staff without their permission.

The use of drones for photography is prohibited.

Photography in public spaces is, in principle, limited to guests using our services (accommodation, dining, or other events). If you wish to visit for a tour, please contact us at the address below.

Regarding Photography for Commercial/Profit Purposes

Prior approval from the hotel is required for any photography intended for commercial or profit purposes within the premises of HOTEL ANTEROOM NAHA. A photography fee will also apply. Please note that if photography is conducted without prior permission, or if it is reasonably determined that such photography has taken place, we will require the immediate cessation of photography, removal of equipment, deletion of data, and payment of the photography fee as well as compensation for any damages caused to the hotel.

Compliance Matters for Commercial/Profit Photography

Parking outside the premises or on surrounding streets when visiting is prohibited.

Please take great care not to obstruct the passage of other facility users. Do not block passageways.

When bringing in or taking out large equipment, please obtain permission in advance and use protective covering on the transport route.

The final printed material must include the text "HOTEL ANTEROOM NAHA" and our logo. Please send a copy of the relevant section to us.

If you wish to use building facilities (power supply, etc.) or equipment (chairs, tables, etc.), please inform us in advance.

If requested, please submit a detailed photography plan (format optional) in addition to this agreement form before photography begins.

Please keep the area used within the premises clean during photography. You agree that a separate cleaning fee will be charged if we determine that cleaning is necessary after photography.

Staff involved in photography must pay close attention to their appearance and behavior, and must strictly refrain from clothing or behavior that may cause discomfort to others.

Please do not touch the exhibited artwork. Also, please do not place objects that interfere with the artwork.

When taking photographs, please ensure that exhibited artwork is not captured in the shot. *If you wish to take photos that include artwork, please consult with us in advance.

HOTEL ANTEROOM NAHA assumes no responsibility for the publication or presentation of the taken photos or videos.

Please refrain from taking photos where other guests are visible, or where company names or product names other than those of HOTEL ANTEROOM NAHA are readable. *Please note that you may be captured in photos taken by general guests. HOTEL ANTEROOM NAHA cannot take responsibility in such cases.

Please be considerate of other guests regarding the occupation of a specific area by a large number of people or for a long period, or photography using large-scale equipment.

Please note that images taken within the premises or scenes of the day may be used without permission in Okinawa UDS advertising media such as our website or SNS.

Please note that we may check the photographed images and videos to confirm compliance with these regulations.

Many artworks are exhibited within the facility. Please read the precautions regarding the inclusion of artwork in photography carefully and understand them in advance.
