Hotel Anteroom Naha will be hosting an event in honor of Earth Day on April 22nd.
Earth Day is a day to reflect on the global environment, take action, and show support. Various events are held around the world on this day.
We look forward to your visit to enjoy sustainable activities through fun, educational workshops, delicious menus, and cute goods that help reduce waste.
Accessory Making Workshop
UPCYCLE Keychain Workshop ~ Connect with the Ocean, Time in the Palm of Your Hand ~
This accessory-making workshop will be led by jiyukimama, who manufactures products made from upcycled plastic waste and develops environmental programs.
At the ocean-view Anteroom, participants will create a one-of-a-kind keychain while listening to a short lecture on the current state of the ocean and upcycling. Date: Saturday, April 19, 2025
Time: 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM (approximately 60 minutes)
Fee: ¥3,300 (Mini-lecture x Workshop, Drink Included) *Cash or Credit Card Payment Required
What to Bring: Nothing

Lost Flower Sales
We offer small bouquets made from discarded flowers at reasonable prices.
Booth Dates: Saturday, April 19th and Sunday, April 20th, 2025 (May be extended to the 21st and 22nd depending on sales conditions)
Booth Hours: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Payment Methods: Cash only on the 19th; cash, credit cards, and various electronic payments accepted on the 20th

Sustainable Item Sales
A wide variety of environmentally friendly items will be available for sale at the Hotel Anteroom Naha shop.
We offer a wide variety of original products, including ocean conservation promotional materials, accessories made from marine plastic waste, and eco-bags.
Sustainable Drink Sales
The second-floor lounge will sell sustainable drinks at special Earth Day prices.
We offer Anteroom original menu items, including freshly squeezed 100% carrot juice made with deformed, beautiful carrots and a grippy soybean smoothie made by the social welfare organization Taman Fukushikai.
Coffee will also be available for just 500 yen if you bring your own eco-bottle.
