Work Commentary:
Locomotion refers to the force of movement. What is captured here is the landscape of shoe soles that everyone possesses, and portraits of pebbles lodged within. These pebbles get caught from somewhere and move somewhere else with every step we take. These are the ones photographed by me in the midst of their journey. The force of movement is not necessarily active. Where do they come from? Where are they going? Where will their journey end?
