Artist Statement:
This work layers and connects multiple artificially stretched sound files, using absolutely no field recordings of city or nature sounds. It exists as a counterpart to the sounds of the outside world, which continue to play ceaselessly even now. I hope it serves as a fitting soundtrack for this place where people gather and pass through, and for the ever-changing scenery visible through the windows.
