Artist's Statement:
Reality and unreality / Micro and macro / Nothingness and existence / Inside and outside / Up and down, etc... Opposing things always coexist. It's obvious, yet the more you think about it, the more they blur and their boundaries become ambiguous. (For example, one's “right space” becomes the “left space” for someone to their right, creating a coexistence of both.) Yet, centered on the self, both definitely exist. But this too only exists because of the opposition between self and other... So where is the boundary between self and other...? It's the chicken and the egg. Ultimately, multiple things can only “coexist” through their opposition.
