Q. What is the time for check-in and check-out?

Q. Is it possible to store our luggage before check-in?

A.

Yes.

Q. Can we store our luggage after check-out?

A.

Generally, we can only store your luggage on your check-in date.
We may not be able to store all your luggage as we have limited space. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance.

Q. Is early check-in possible?

A.

No.

Q. Is late check-out possible?

A.

Late check-out is available up to 13:00.
A one-hour extension fee is 4840 yen.
We may decline depending on the situation.
Late check-out is not avaialble for The Annex Presidential Suite.

Q. Do you have day-use plan?

A.

Yes.

Q. Can I stay in a room on the upper floor?

A.

The hotel has two floors. All rooms are on the 2nd floor except the guest rooms with an open-air bath (1st floor).

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A.

Below is the hotel’s official cancellation policy:
3 days prior to arrival : 30% / 2 days prior to arrival : 30%
1 day prior to arrival : 50% / On the day of arrival : 100%
No show (in cases where you don’t contact us beforehand): 100%
*Certain policies may differ depending on your reservation.

Q. Is bath tax included in the reservation?

Each guest will be charged a bath tax of ¥150. (no charge for children under 12)

Q. Can I use the onsen on a day trip?

A.

Yes, but only by reserving one of our plans that includes other options such as usage of the Restrant and spa. Reservations can be made via our website.

FACILITY USAGE

Q. I have tattoos. Are we allowed to use the onsen (the public bath)?

A.

No.

Q. Is it possible for children and the elderly to use the hot bath?

A.

For children, we ask that you take a diaper and take a bath with a guardian. Elderly people are always accompanied by an attendant when they need assistance.

Q. Can I enjoy the natural onsen water in the guest-room baths as well?

A.

Natural onsen water is not available in any of the rooms.
Please enjoy a leisurely time in the azalea open-air bath on the main onsen on the first floor.

Q. I have food allergies. Will this be taken into account for my meals?

A.

We will do our best to accommodate guests with food allergies. Please inform us of any food allergies when making your reservation.

Q. Is the interior of the hotel barrier-free?

A.

No, the hotel is not barrier-free. There are steps within the hotel and guest rooms. The main onsen also has some steps and differences in level.
If you have any concerns, please contact us in advance.

Q. Is Wi-Fi available?

A.

Wi-Fi service is available free of charge within the hotel.

Q. Are there rooms or areas where smoking is permitted?

A.

All rooms in the hotel are non-smoking.
If you would like to smoke, please use the smoking area on the first floor.

Q. Do the guest rooms have safes?

A.

Yes. There is a safe located within a drawer in each guest room.

Q. Is there a coin laundry?

A.

No.

Q. Are there any amenities such as yukata?

A.

We provide a yukata, toothbrush, hairbrush, razor, body sponge, cotton swabs, a set of four skincare items, cotton pads, and an elastic hair tie.

Q. What yukata sizes are available?

A.

Small and medium yukata are provided in the guest rooms. (on the large side)
Large yukata are also available. If you would like one, please inquire at the front desk when you check in.

Q. I’m allergic to down feathers. Do you have any down-free pillows or blankets?

A.

We apologize, but down-free items are not available.

Q. What sort of additional items are available for use?

A.

Air humidifiers/purifiers, air conditioners, irons, portable battery chargers, multi-adapters, hair irons, etc.
Quantities are limited, so please contact us in advance.

Q. Are wheelchairs available for rental?

A.

There is one wheelchair for use within the hotel (only outside the guest rooms, and only on the first floor). Since quantities are limited, please speak with the front desk if you would like to use it.

Q. Are there vending machines and ice machines?

A.

Yes, there are vending machines and ice machines on the second floor.

Q. Are there any microwaves?

A.

No. If you would like something heated up, please contact the front desk.

We have a toothbrush.
Yukata and setta are available in children’s size. We will inform you at check-in.

Q. Are baby beds available?

A.

Yes, but prior reservation is required.
Supported rooms are the standard double room, double room with garden, deluxe twin room, premium corner double room, and deluxe twin room with open-air bath.

Q. Are there breakfast and dinner options for children?

A.

Dinner is tempura udon or soba, and breakfast is a set of salad, omelet rolls, miso soup, rice, and fruits.

Q. Are there chairs for children in the restaurant?

A.

Yes. Please understand that quantities are limited.

Q. Can my friends visit my room if they aren’t lodging at the hotel?

A.

For security reasons, we ask that guests who are not staying at the hotel refrain from accessing the guest-room floor.

Q. Is room service available?

No.

Q. Are massage or salon services available?

A.

In-room massage service is available in your room. We also accept treatments in the SPA building. Please refer to the SPA page for details.

Q. I’d like to send something I purchased online to the hotel. Can you accept it for me?

A.

We can accept items for which you have already paid in full (no cash on delivery).
For mailed items, please ensure that you use the full name of the lodging representative and check in date on the delivery slip.
If the above guidelines are not followed, we may be unable to accept deliveries for you.

Q. Can I send something from the hotel via express home delivery?

A.

Items can be sent from the hotel using Yamato Transport’s express home delivery service.
Pricing and delivery times will vary according to the size and destination of the package.
Please contact the front desk during your stay.

Q. Is there an anniversary service?

A.

* The message can be up to 20 characters, and only those who have booked the cooking course can accept it.
Reservations are required by 15:00 two days in advance.

ACCESS

Q. Are there any connected or affiliate parking facilities?

A.

There is no parking lot available. Coin parking around
Please use it.
The neighborhood is a residential area, so large parking lots etc.
Not available. We recommend using public transportation as much as possible. For nearby parking lots, please refer to the nearby parking lot map in the access column at the bottom of the TOP page.
