These messages are being sent via messaging apps such as WhatsApp. They state, “Please provide the missing reservation details,” and include a URL that redirects users to a malicious phishing site.

To prevent any harm, if you receive such a suspicious message, please do not access the URL provided under any circumstances.

Please note that we never contact guests directly regarding reservations via messaging apps.
At this time, we have not confirmed any data breaches or leaks from our systems, and we are currently investigating the matter in detail.

We ask that you remain vigilant and exercise caution regarding any suspicious messages.
