Within the hotel grounds, THE CROSS Co., Ltd. operates the modern Japanese restaurant ‘MOSS okinawa’, featuring a counter seating just 12 guests.
Their signature “Kiln-Fire French” cuisine infuses Japanese sensibility, using a 500°C stone kiln to prepare Ryukyu ingredients and select materials sourced nationwide.
