With the safety and comfort of our guests as our top priority, when a typhoon is expected to approach the Okinawa Main Island, we will apply a special exception to waive cancellation fees for guests who meet the following criteria.
However, you must notify the source of your reservation (our hotel, travel agency, or OTA such as Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia, Rakuten Travel, Jalan, etc.) of your cancellation.
Please note that if you do not notify us, we will assume you intend to stay and will charge the full amount.
-Guests whose final flight arriving at or departing from Okinawa Island is canceled, or who are eligible for a cancellation fee waiver by their airline.
-Guests who are physically unable to reach our hotel due to the suspension of public transportation caused by the typhoon.
* For cancellations that do not meet the above conditions, the cancellation policy agreed upon at the time of booking will apply.
* Depending on the scale and situation of the typhoon, the details of this special exception may change without prior notice.
