To ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay for all our guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation in observing the following guidelines.
Photography and videography for personal use are generally permitted without prior application. However, you must adhere to the following rules. Failure to comply may result in a request to stop shooting.
*Public spaces include: cafes, restaurants, bars, lobbies, corridors, the pool, the gym, and facility entrances/exits.
Photography in public spaces is strictly limited to guests utilizing our hotel services (accommodation, dining, or other events). If you wish to visit the hotel for an inspection, please contact us in advance at:

To maintain a comfortable environment and protect the privacy of all guests, the following actions are strictly prohibited:
Taking photos/videos while wearing swimwear in cafes, restaurants, bars, lobbies, and corridors.
Taking photos/videos while wearing loungewear or room slippers in public spaces.
Taking photos/videos in wedding attire or changing outfits for photo shoots in public spaces.
Capturing other guests in your photos/videos, engaging in disruptive shooting, or live-streaming/public broadcasting.
Photographing or filming hotel staff without permission.
Using drones for photography or videography.
Any photography or videography for commercial or profit-making purposes within the premises of HOTEL STRATA NAHA requires prior approval and is subject to a shooting fee. Please fill out the "Application Form for Commercial Photography" and contact the department below. Please note that if commercial shooting is conducted without prior permission, or if the hotel determines that such shooting has occurred, we will demand the immediate cessation of the shoot, removal of equipment, and deletion of data. We will also invoice you for the shooting fee and any damages incurred.

Parking outside the premises or on surrounding streets is prohibited.
Please be careful not to obstruct the passage of hotel guests. Blocking traffic flow is strictly prohibited.
Prior permission is required for loading and unloading large equipment, and protective curing/masking must be applied to the loading paths to prevent damage.
The final printed materials (or final products) must include the name and logo of "HOTEL STRATA NAHA," and a copy of the relevant section must be sent to us.
Please notify us in advance if you wish to use building facilities (power outlets, etc.) or equipment (chairs, tables, etc.).
If requested, please submit a detailed shooting plan (free format) prior to the shoot, in addition to this agreement.
Please keep the shooting area clean. If the hotel determines that cleaning is necessary after the shoot, you agree to pay an additional cleaning fee.
Shooting staff must pay close attention to their dress code and conduct, strictly avoiding any behavior or attire that might cause discomfort to others.
Please do not touch the displayed artworks. Placing objects that interfere with the artworks is also prohibited.
Please ensure that displayed artworks are not captured in your photos/videos. *If you wish to include artworks in your shoot, please consult us in advance.
HOTEL STRATA NAHA assumes no responsibility regarding the publication or release of the captured photos or videos.
Please refrain from shooting in a way that captures other guests or readable company/product names other than our hotel's. *While your crew or subjects may accidentally be captured in the souvenir photos of general guests during your shoot, please understand that the hotel cannot manage or take responsibility for this.
Please be considerate of other guests when occupying a space with a large group or for an extended period, or when using large-scale equipment.
Please note that documentary photos or behind-the-scenes footage taken at our facility may be used without permission in promotional media (Website, SNS, etc.) by Okinawa UDS and its affiliated companies.
To verify compliance with these regulations, we may ask to check the captured images and videos. Thank you for your understanding.
