この度、当館では2026年3月1日以降に成立した宿泊予約について、京都市宿泊税及び徴収方法を変更させていただきます。
これまで外税(チェックイン時のお支払い)とさせていただいておりましたが、内税(ご予約料金に含む)に変更となります。

We will be changing the method of collectingthe Kyoto City Accommodation Tax for reservations made on or after 28th February, 2026.
Previously, we charged this tax separately (payable upon check-in), but it will now be included within the reservation fee.

■2026年2月28日以前に成立した宿泊予約
チェックインの際にフロントにて、
別途お支払いをお願いいたします。
なお、2026年3月1日以降のご宿泊分については、
予約時期に関わらず新税率での算出となります。
税率改定のお知らせについては、以前のお知らせをご確認ください。

■2026年3月1日以降に成立した宿泊予約
ご予約料金に京都市宿泊税が含まれております。
現地での精算の必要はございません。

■ ご予約内容を変更された場合
ご予約の日程を変更された場合でも、
「最初にご予約が成立した日」を基準といたします。
なお、一度キャンセルのうえ再度ご予約をされた場合は、
再予約日が成立日となります。

<Details about the change>

■Reservations made on or before 28th February, 2026
The accommodation tax will be collected at the hotel when you check-in.
Please note that for stays commencing on or after 1st March, 2026,
the new tax rate will apply regardless of the booking date.
For details regarding the tax rate revision, please refer to our previous notice.

■Reservation made on or after 1st March, 2026
The accommodation tax is included in your reservation fee.
No settlement is for the tax required on site.

■About booking changes
We use your initial booking date as the reference, even if you reschedule your stay.
Please note that if you cancel and book again, the date of the new reservation will be used instead.
