Library Space

We offer a dedicated Library Space within "Artizan," located on the first floor of the Reception Building. Our diverse collection features illustrated books, novels, and essays that deepen your understanding of Miyakojima and Okinawa, as well as pop-up books for children to enjoy. The selection has been specially curated in collaboration with "Honto Akinai Aruhi," an independent bookstore on the main island of Okinawa, and "PALI GALLERY," based here in Miyakojima.

Guests are welcome to take books back to their rooms. We invite you to unwind and enjoy a relaxing moment with a good book in hand.

A small bookstore located on Hamahiga Island, Okinawa, opened in 2022. Along with new and used books (specializing in Okinawa-related titles), the space features a gallery and a cafe. The manager, Mr. Takahashi, also operates the book label "SUNNY BOY BOOKS."

PALI GALLERY

A place where people gather around art to experience the culture of Miyakojima. The space houses an art gallery, exhibitions, and a cafe stand. It opened in 2022, led by photographer Naoki Ishikawa, who has deep ties to the island, and calligrapher Daichiro Shinjo, a Miyakojima native.
