利用規約

In order to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all our guests, we have established the following rules in accordance with Article 8 of the Accommodation Contract. We kindly request your cooperation and understanding in adhering to these rules. Additionally, we ask that you follow the instructions provided by our hotel staff based on these terms and conditions.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in the denial of access to our facilities or accommodations, as outlined in Article 4 of the Accommodation Contract.
Please note that we are not responsible for any damages incurred by guests who do not adhere to these rules. Similarly, if the hotel incurs damages due to the actions of a guest, the guest will be liable for compensation.

Accommodation Use

  1. The use of our property for purposes other than accommodation or business activities is not permitted.
  2. Distribution or display of advertising materials, sale of goods, or any similar activities within our premises without our prior permission are prohibited.
  3. Promotional activities such as distributing flyers or conducting signature campaigns within our premises are not allowed.
  4. Please refrain from displaying items that alter the appearance of our hotel's exterior.
  5. In cases where minors wish to stay without parental consent, we may refuse accommodation.
  6. We kindly decline any gratuities or tips to our employees.

Guest Room

  1. Please ensure that your room is securely locked during your stay.
  2. If you have visitors in your room, verify their identity while keeping the door locked, and exercise caution not to unlock the door for suspicious individuals.
  3. Please refrain from using your room for meetings with visitors.
  4. According to Article 6 of the Accommodation Contract, please avoid inviting or accommodating
    individuals other than those registered as guests and their companions in your room.
  5. In accordance with Article 14 of the Accommodation Contract, our staff may enter your room or move items within the room. Please manage cash and valuables on your own, and if there are items that should not be moved, please inform us in advance.

Common Areas

  1. Please familiarize yourself with evacuation routes and emergency exits on each floor.
  2. Unless in cases of emergency or unavoidable circumstances, please refrain from entering or using emergency facilities or rooftop areas. Access to areas designated for employees is also prohibited.
  3. Avoid leaving personal belongings unattended in hallways or the lobby.

Hygiene Management

  1. Individuals falling under the following conditions may be subject to restrictions on facility usage or movement within the hotel:
    Suspected of being infected with infectious diseases specified under the Act on Prevention of Infectious Diseases and Medical Care for Patients with Infectious Diseases and its related regulations.

Photography and Recording

  1. Commercial photography or recording on the hotel premises without prior approval is prohibited. Additionally, please refrain from using privately taken photos or recordings for commercial purposes without the hotel's permission.
  2. Avoid taking photos that may cause discomfort or annoyance to other guests. Unauthorized photography, even for personal use, may result in restrictions.

Smoking Policy

  1. Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel, including guest rooms. Please refrain from smoking in areas other than designated smoking areas. Smoking outside designated areas may result in compensation for restoration and compensation for business disruption during that period.

Consideration for Other Guests

  1. Pets and animals are not allowed. However, we will accommodate assistance dogs as defined by the Act for Assistance Dogs for Persons with Physical Disabilities.
  2. Refrain from bringing items that emit strong odors into the hotel premises.
  3. Avoid making loud noises, singing loudly, playing loud music, or creating disturbances through loud activities that may disturb other guests.
  4. In certain areas outside guest rooms, we may request that you dress appropriately.
  5. Please be considerate of other guests and refrain from behavior or actions that may cause discomfort or anxiety.

Public Morals

  1. Do not engage in activities that disrupt public morals, such as gambling or behavior that violates public decency.
  2. Possession of items such as firearms, swords, narcotics, or other items prohibited by law is not allowed on the hotel premises.
  3. Bringing items into the hotel premises that other guests or employees may find concerning or perceive as a threat to their safety is prohibited.
  4. If it is discovered that a guest or their associates are members of designated organized crime groups or their affiliates, as defined by the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members, we reserve the right to deny all future usage of our facilities.
  5. If a guest or their associates engage in acts of violence, coercion, extortion, blackmail, or interference with business operations, we reserve the right to deny all future usage of our facilities.
  6. If a guest or their associates engage in actions that violate the law or if there is a significant risk of such actions, we reserve the right to deny all future usage of our facilities.

Preservation of Building and Facility

  1. Please do not move, alter, or use hotel facilities, equipment, or fixtures for purposes other than their intended use.
  2. Do not bring flammable or inflammable materials such as gunpowder, volatile oils, or the like into the hotel premises
  3. Refrain from using heating or cooking equipment in your guest room.
  4. Avoid any activities within the hotel premises that could potentially cause a fire.
  5. If any damage, loss, soiling, or odor occurs to the building, facilities, fixtures, or landscaping, compensation may be required.

Carrying Items and Lost Property

  1. Please manage your cash and valuables, including lost property, on your own. The hotel may not be responsible for any loss or damage.
  2. Lost and found items within common areas of the hotel premises and in guest rooms after checkout will be stored for a certain period and subsequently processed in accordance with the Lost Property Act of Japan.
  3. If there are costs associated with returning lost property to its owner, the owner will be responsible for covering these costs.

Payment

  1. In some cases, we may request advance payment or confirmation of credit card details prior to your stay.
  2. We do not accept payment or consolidation of expenses for services outside the hotel, such as taxi fares or purchases made outside our facilities.
  3. When settling the accommodation fee upon check out, please provide proof of your room number, such as a room key.
  4. If we request settlement during your stay, please settle your charges promptly.
  5. Payment can be made in Japanese yen using cash or other methods accepted by the hotel.
  6. If you wish to change your reserved accommodation plan, please inform the front desk. If you extend your stay, the new Accommodation Contract will be concluded, and the settlement will be made separately.
