In order to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all Guests, the Hotel has established the following Hotel Rules and Regulations (hereinafter referred to as “Rules”) based on Article 11 of the Accommodation Contract, and we request your cooperation.
Please note that failure to comply with these Rules may result in the refusal of accommodation or use of the Hotel’s facilities, pursuant to Article 8 of the Accommodation Contract. Furthermore, you may be liable for any damages incurred by the Hotel. Please also note that the Hotel shall not be responsible for any accidents resulting from your failure to comply with these Rules.
Use of the Hotel
1. Utilization of guest rooms in excess of the contracted number of occupants is strictly prohibited in principle. If the use by a number exceeding the contracted number of occupants is discovered without notification, the Hotel will charge for the excess use.
2. The following acts within the Hotel premises are strictly prohibited:
(1) The use of heating or cooking equipment, pressing irons other than those lent by the Hotel, or other electrical appliances
(2) Smoking in bed, other places prone to fire, and in any location other than the designated smoking areas of the Hotel
(3) Making excessive noise such as loud singing or shouting, emitting offensive odors, or engaging in any other conduct that causes annoyance or nuisance to third parties
(4) Bringing in the following articles:
a. Pets, animals, birds, etc.
b. Stimulants, narcotics, or other pharmaceuticals the possession of which is prohibited by law
c. Gunpowder, volatile oils that are readily combustible or flammable, and chemicals that pose a risk of harm to the body
d. Firearms, swords, or similar items without a permit
e. Articles of extremely large quantity or heavy weight
f. Articles emitting a foul odor
g. Garbage and articles that hinder the hygiene of the guest room
h. Electrical appliances and cooking utensils intended for use within the Hotel
i. Any other articles that the Hotel has prohibited from being brought into the premises, including outside the guest room
(5) Acts contrary to public order and morality
(6) Distributing flyers, leaflets, or other advertisements to other Guests
(7) Moving, altering, removing, or using the Hotel’s facilities and articles for purposes other than their intended use
(8) Leaving personal belongings in places other than the guest room
(9) Entering facilities that are not intended for guest use
(10) Ordering food or beverages for delivery from outside providers to any facility other than those permitted by the Hotel
(11) Using hair dyes, bleaches, or similar substances in the unit bathroom
(12) Taking photographs within the facilities without permission, or using photos or videos taken within the facilities for commercial purposes
(13) Activities conducted for the purpose of profit
(14) Any other acts that impede safety and sanitation within the Hotel
3. The following acts are strictly prohibited inside the guest room:
(1) Use for purposes other than accommodation
(2) Meeting with outside visitors in the guest room
(3) Affixing photographs or posters to the guest room window, or displaying other articles that impair the exterior appearance of the Hotel
Regarding Payments
1. Please note in advance that accommodation charges will be collected upon your arrival.
2. Payment for charges other than the accommodation fee should be made at the Front Desk upon your departure. Please note that the Hotel may request payment during your stay, in which case payment should be made at that time.
3. Please note in advance that the Hotel does not advance payments for shopping, tickets, taxi fares, postage stamps, baggage shipping fees, etc.
4. Please be aware that a facility usage fee will be added when using the telephone in the guest room.
5. Since statutory taxes are added to the accommodation charge, we respectfully decline gratuities.
