Please note that the method for confirming, modifying, or canceling your reservation will differ depending on when your booking was made.

To proceed smoothly, we kindly ask you to have your reservation number ready and refer to the relevant instructions below:
1. For Reservations Made via the Previous System

- Reservation numbers starting with 2024 or 2025
- Bookings completed on or before June 30, 2025
■How to Confirm, Modify, or Cancel Your Reservation:
- Please refer to the confirmation email received at the time of booking,or contact us directly by phone at +81-3-6452-6830.
2. For Reservations Made via the New System
■Applicable Reservations:

- Reservation numbers formatted as 0000-0000-0000 (4 digits – 4 digits – 4 digits)
- Bookings completed on or after July 1, 2025
■How to Confirm, Modify, or Cancel Your Reservation:
- If you created an account during booking, you can log in and manage your reservation from your My Page.
- If you did not register an account, you can still check your reservation using your reservation number and the email address used at the time of booking.
