To improve the quality of our guests’ stay with us, we are delighted to introduce new room types; the「ONSEN Suite Room」in which you can enjoy the natural onsen from Hakone in the room, and the「Family Room」designed for a family group to stay.

ONSEN Suite Room
ONSEN Suite Room allows guests to enjoy the natural onsen, specifically ‘Lake Ashi Onsen Tsutsuji-no-yu’, delivered from ‘Odakyu Hotel de Yama’ in Hakone.
The room features several high quality, modern Japanese style interiors such as the raised floor where guests remove their shoes before entering, and the plasterwork and lattice wall made from natural materials.
*Room available to stay from November 16th, 2026, reservation starts from July 27th, 2026. (Scheduled)

･ Size : Double Bed Room : 50㎡ / Twin Bed Room : 62㎡
･ Maximum Capacity : 4 people

Family Room
Maximum 4 people can stay in the「Family Room (38～49㎡)」that is inspired by tea room.
It is designed to let family group to stay comfortably, with a spacious room size including a designated area to open large suitcases.
*Room available to stay from March 2027, reservation starts from October 2026. (Scheduled)

Following the renovation of new room types, parts of our facility are inaccessible.
Moreover, please kindly understand and be noted that noise and vibration may occur during the construction period.
