Located just next to the Omi-cho Market, called the “kitchen of the city,” is SOKI KANAZAWA. Situated in Fukuromachi, this was a place once flourishing with merchants constantly coming and going.

‘SO’ means “bare”, “simplicity” and “plain”, ‘KI’ means “vessel”.

Our public bath is equipped with ‘Kakeyu’, a traditional feature cherished in Kaga Onsen for generations.
Offering various ways to indulge in public bath, immerse yourself in a seasonal experience where you can feel the shifting seasons.
Refresh from the strains of travel and get yourself ready for exploring Kanazawa.

In the relaxation area just outside the public bath, you can enjoy coffee milk and “Silky Koji Amazake” from the historic Kanazawa brewery, Fukumitsuya.
