Food Allergy Policy

    Dear Customers

    Okinawa UDS Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, "our company") prioritizes customer safety and implements the following food allergy response measures.

    1. We have confirmed the presence of eight specific allergens (milk, eggs, wheat, peanuts, shrimp, crab, buckwheat, and walnuts) in our ingredients through information from the manufacturer or distributor.

    However, we cannot guarantee that allergens were not mixed in during the manufacturing process.

    2. As there is no obligation to label the 21 ingredients considered to be equivalent to specific allergens, and accurate information is difficult to obtain, we will only provide information on the eight specific allergens. Thank you for your understanding.

    3. In all areas where food is prepared and eaten, including kitchens, restaurants, and lounges, we routinely handle ingredients containing the eight specific allergens and other food allergens in our daily operations.

    While we thoroughly wash our tableware and cooking utensils, trace amounts of allergens may be present in our food from the environment, and we cannot provide meals that are completely free of specific allergens.

    4. The tongs and cutlery used to serve buffet dishes are the same as those used to serve multiple dishes containing allergens. Due to the nature of buffet service, even when dishes that do not contain allergens are served, there is a possibility of contamination (mixing) of dishes, cutlery, or tongs containing allergens. Please be aware of this before using the buffet.

    5. Regarding the consumption of food served in the kitchen, restaurant, or lounge, please make your own decision after consulting with your doctor and your own physical condition.

    6. If we are unable to accommodate your food allergy request, you can consult with us about bringing your own food. Please contact the following information at each hotel.
