[Impact]

• Temporary noise, vibration, and odor may occur.

• Due to scaffolding being erected outside windows, there will be no view.

• From the standpoint of ensuring safety, opening guest room windows is strictly prohibited.

• Our contracted construction workers will be entering and exiting the premises.

• Construction vehicles will be entering and exiting the nearby roads.

[Notice] Suspension of Bicycle and Motorcycle Parking During Renovation
Previously, guests arriving by bicycle or motorcycle were able to park at the hotel’s main entrance. However, due to ongoing renovation works and a temporary reduction in space at the entrance area, we must suspend all bicycle and motorcycle parking for the duration of the construction.

Please note that this restriction applies to all visitors to the hotel, including overnight guests, event attendees, and restaurant patrons.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, especially to guests who have utilized this space in the past, and we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.

[Important Information Regarding Hotel Use (Please Read Carefully)]
From the end of June 2026 onward, guest room windows will be restricted from opening due to exterior wall work, prioritizing guest safety. Additionally, construction workers will be moving along the scaffolding outside the windows during the day. Therefore, to protect your privacy during your stay, we kindly ask that you keep your curtains closed.

Due to global material supply conditions and unforeseen changes in social circumstances, the construction period may be extended without prior notice.

Furthermore, we ask for your understanding regarding the impact of noise, vibration, and the movement of construction workers on hotel use (including both overnight stays and day visits) during the construction period.

Hotel reservations are being made in stages, taking into account the scope of the construction and its impact. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to guests considering a stay, but please check the availability on the official website and other reservation sites as needed.

Please note that we may not be able to provide a suitable environment for guests who are sensitive to noise or who plan to stay in their rooms during the day (e.g., for teleworking). We apologize in advance and ask that you understand this before making a reservation.
