Information on safety measures for the prevention of novel coronavirus infections

 

Please be advised we operate the following precautions so our guests can use our services and facilities safely and without undue risk. We apologize for any inconvenience.

■IN PUBLIC SPACES

・1F Restaurant – Kakatojo Sapporo
Kakatojo Sapporo will be closed except for breakfast for stay guests.
We will serve Japanese Set breakfast instead of Buffet.
If you would like to add breakfast, please ask us upon your arrival.

The opening hours is as follows;
Breakfast 7:00-10:00 (9:30 L.O.)
Lunch Closed
Dinner Closed

・2F Onsen/ Sauna / Lounge

All of facilities operate as usual. In an effort to prevent and minimize the spread of the novel coronavirus, we are promoting proper sanitation in the public areas.

■EMPLOYEE INITIATIVES

・Staff are obliged to wear masks during their hours of hospitality service and when commuting to and from the hotel.
・We thoroughly check body temperatures and physical condition before going to work.
・We added further alcohol disinfectant solution facilities to make sure all staff disinfect their hands regularly while on duty.

■REQUESTS TO GUESTS

・Practicing proper hand sanitization
We have increased the deployment of hand sanitizers in the public areas (lobby, restaurant, Onsen, and Onsen lounge etc.) in order to make the environmental safety precautions easier for guests and staff to use.

・Implementation of body temperature measurement
We take the body temperature of all guests at the reception of hotel and restaurant.
If a guest have a fever above 37.5°C or who are not feeling well, we will have to request the person to refrain from entering the building. We appreciate your understanding.
*The standard of 37.5°C is based on national administrative guidelines.We keep these measures to ensure that all of our guests and employees can stay safely.
