Notice of Revision to the Cancellation Policy and Terms and Conditions for Accommodation

Thank you for your continued patronage of ONSEN RYOKAN YUEN SAPPORO.

Please be informed that effective August 3, 2026, we will revise our Cancellation Policy and a part of our Terms and Conditions for Accommodation.
The details of the revisions are as follows:

• Revision Date: Mon, Aug 3, 2026
• Revised Cancellation Policy (Cancellation Fees):
  Cancellation fees will be charged based on the date of your stay as follows: 
  • 7 days prior to arrival: 20%
  • 3 days prior to arrival: 50%
  • 1 day prior to arrival: 80%
  • On the day of arrival: 100%
  • No-show: 100%
