Guests are also invited to enjoy a selection of seasonal delicacies, such as Saikyo-style miso-marinated fish, Kyoto’s locally raised red chicken, traditional obanzai (Kyoto-style home-cooked dishes), fresh salads prepared with locally sourced vegetables, and pancakes freshly baked by our chef each day.
