お正月ならではのお料理に加え、今年はお客様ご自身でお好みの具材を選び、
重箱に詰めて仕上げる”自分だけのおせち作り”をお楽しみいただける
特別コーナーが登場します。
オープンキッチンからは、京都白味噌を使用したあたたかいお雑煮もご提供。

The first 3 days of the New Year are the most special days in Japan and
how about celebrating with our special breakfast buffet?

We have traditional New Year’s foods for the menu and also for 2026,
you can make your own “Osechi box”.
Osechi is a kind of bento box, but a special one that is fully packed with
celebrational foods.
At the open kitchen, we will also serve another iconic New Year’s food
“Ozoni” which is the miso soup with rice cake.
We use local traditional white miso, it is slightly sweeter than usual miso.

Let’s celebrate New Year with our breakfast and please experience Japanese culture.
